To celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Institute of Creative Advertising & Design an exhibition of posters was curated, exploring the concept of the elusive idea.

From initial sketches and ideas to refinements, from vector digitisation all the way to typeface delivery. The new display typeface ‘Autosan’ is inspired by the lettering of road markings to give the MyTaxi brand a font with plenty of personality to accompany it’s new communication style!

Creation of a swing tag system for Dunnes Home, Textiles and Drapery departments. Previously there had been several variants — the new system ensured a cohesive application of the brand mark. Guidelines were produced for suppliers on implementation of the new approach.

Design and production of a custom typeface for use in the Strongbow Gold advertising campaign launch in Italy, Hungary and Mexico. In collaboration with Laurence O'Byrne and Bobby Tannam.

Gartan Technologies provide workplace time management software – Gartan Managed Time. The new identity conveys the service in an approachable human way.

Martin and Darragh at Honest To Goodness are well known for their hearty soups and freshly baked sandwiches all from their own kitchen.

To mark their move to somewhere with a bit more legroom they needed an identity to reflect their Honest To Goodness approach!

Soilse (The Irish for light) is a collection of 100% soy wax fragrance infused candles hand poured in Ireland. Each candle evokes the scent of an iconic Irish place of great beauty.

Reachout provide an online service designed to take the mystery out of mental health issues by providing real life stories to help young people get through tough times.

A set of posters were created to highlight two of the biggest issues noticed on the website — depression and stress.

The posters had to be visually arresting but also have a sensitive aesthetic.

Concept and development for brand and packaging of a low calorie muesli bar. The logotype is energetic and playful like the bar!

The review communicates the changing climate of both commercial and residential property in Ireland. This is achieved on several levels through the use of immediate infographics, charts, illustrations and narratives.

Nugent are suppliers of workwear and safety apparel. The company required a fresh identity which demonstrated the range and diversity of both their products and services.

The solution operated using a combination of iconography and a unique logotype. This new identity system repositioned them as suppliers of all workwear and not just construction.
